- 25+ years of Structural Stress, Fatigue, and DT Analysis in the Aircraft Industry.
- 15+ years of leading multi-cultural stress groups. Extensive experience managing workflow of engineering teams operating remotely from various countries and across multiple time zones (USA, Canada, Japan, Italy).
- Programs include Boeing 777 and 787, Airbus A380 and A350, Cessna, Learjet, Bombardier Global 7000 and CRJ, Lockheed C-130, Erickson Air Crane S-64E/F, and Virgin Galactic WK2.
- Classical analysis of aircraft structure including wing spars, ribs, skin/stringer assemblies, fuselage body joints, wing to spar joints, pressure fuselage, vertical stabilizer and horizontal stabilizer attach fittings, cargo door cutouts, windows, and aft pressure bulkheads.
- 25,000+ hours of linear and non-linear FEM experience with Nastran and Abaqus.
- Proficient in the development and application of analysis methods for composite structures. Prior body of work includes common batch acreage checks, cross section strength/stability analysis, bolted joint checks, and delamination/fracture predictions.
- Structural testing experience ranges from coupons to full-scale tests.

- 15+ years of aerostructures experience in the Aircraft Industry.
- Prior programs include Boeing 787, Airbus A350, Bombardier Global 7000/8000, Learjet 85, Erickson Air Crane S-64E/F, Virgin Galactic WK2, and in-service fleet support for all Airbus aircraft.
- Experience in static, fatigue, and damage tolerance assessments of metallic and composite primary & secondary structures. Proficient with classical analysis techniques, finite element methods, and proprietary tools from various OEMs.
- Structural test experience varies from authoring test reports and analysis predictions to acting as an on-site test director for coupons and assemblies.
- Flight test experience includes load/strain data processing for Certification Reports, pre and post flight structural assessments supporting flight enveope expansions, and structural repair support for damage incurred during flight test operations.
- 10,000+ hours of FEM experience including load transfer modeling of bolted composite and metallic structures, integration of refined subassembly meshes into full fuselage and wing GFEMs, and linear & non-linear fine grid strength/stability models.

- Over 40 years of aerostructures experience in the Aircraft Industry.
- Experience includes strength, durability, and stiffness analyses for airframe structures, both metallic and composite, developing commercial, military, general aviation, and manned spacecraft products.
- Designated an Airbus Expert for Metallic Static Strength Analysis.
- Formerly served as Manager of Structures Technology for Airbus Americas Engineering (AAE) responsible for the functional and technical management of the Structures Technology staff for AAE including the disciplines of Static Stress, Fatigue and Damage Tolerance, Finite Element Analysis, Mass Properties, and Materials and Processes.
- As Manager of Structures Technology and Chief of Stress for AAE, provided oversight over each phase of product development including conceptual design, preliminary design, design for manufacture, certification, Structures Repair Manual development, and fleet support.
